Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using our online pharmacy weight loss clinic. By placing an order or submitting a consultation request, you agree to be bound by these terms.
Pharmacy Weight Loss Blaenavon is a GPhC-registered online pharmacy (registration number 9012511) providing weight management consultations and dispensing services to patients in Blaenavon and the surrounding area. We reserve the right to decline to provide services to any individual where it would not be clinically appropriate or safe to do so. Our services are not suitable for women who are pregnant or breastfeeding without express clinical review.
All prescription-only weight loss medications are issued solely at the professional discretion of our GPhC-registered prescribing pharmacist following a completed online consultation. Submitting a consultation request does not guarantee that a prescription will be issued.
You must answer all consultation questions honestly and accurately. Providing false or misleading information may result in serious harm to your health and immediate termination of your account. Prescriptions issued through our service are valid for use at our pharmacy only and cannot be transferred.
Payment is required in full at the point of order submission. We accept major debit and credit cards. All transactions are processed securely. Prices displayed include VAT where applicable.
You will not be charged for a consultation that results in a declined prescription. In such cases, any consultation fee, if applicable, will be clearly stated before you complete payment. We reserve the right to amend pricing at any time; changes will not affect orders already confirmed.
Approved orders are dispatched within 1 working day of pharmacist approval. Delivery is to UK addresses only. We use tracked, discreet packaging through a reputable courier service.
We are not responsible for delays caused by courier services, incorrect delivery addresses provided by the patient, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control. If your order does not arrive within the expected timeframe, please contact us promptly so we can investigate.
You may cancel your order before it has been approved and dispatched by contacting us immediately. Once a prescription has been dispensed and dispatched, we are unable to accept returns or issue refunds for prescription medication under UK pharmacy regulations, unless the product is faulty or supplied in error.
If you receive an incorrect or damaged product, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt and we will resolve the matter promptly in accordance with your statutory rights.
